Illustration not working, missing or waiting

A picture may be generating, checking, awaiting approval or blocked.

For: Student, Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

  1. Return to the original activity and read the illustration status. Do not repeatedly generate a new picture while one is pending.
  2. Check centre generation, learner AI eligibility, image counts and image/shared/child budgets. A zero admin count blocks generation.
  3. A manager or authorised teacher should inspect Concept illustrations. A failed AI check hides the image; required teacher approval also keeps it hidden until approved.
  4. If generation/checking is stuck, report the activity and time. Check the provider/worker and price review; do not assume a failed call cost nothing.
