Read AI cost insights and elapsed call time

Look for: AI cost insights

1. Select a heading to sort rows on this page. Channel and student footers total the displayed rows. Call totals separate measured time from unmeasured calls; recent-operation totals show the known cost subtotal and count operations awaiting usage. Estimates, held reservations and released allowances stay separate; alternative planning scenarios are not added together.
2. Open AI cost insights. Choose the UTC report day. Teachers see authorised learners; managers see their permitted centre. Switch centre for another institute.
3. Estimated actual spending is calculated from complete usage and reviewed rates. Reservations awaiting settlement are pending or uncertain amounts still held against the budget.
4. Unused reservation released is money made available after settlement. Operation counts are not refunded. Older or interrupted calls without complete usage keep their held amount.
5. Compare text plus checks, Maths answer marking, live voice, recorded voice/speech and images. Inspect the per-student and recent-operation tables for a costly pattern. Maths marking uses shared/text allowances but has a separate cost row from tutor conversation.
6. Live call time shows measured connected seconds and released unused time for new measured calls. A failed connection before activation uses zero connected time; older unmeasured calls retain their slot.
7. Use the calculator for class size, minutes, replies per minute and total speaking seconds across all languages. Its observed cost per connected minute appears after fully settled ended calls exist.
