Live AI not working or Start talking is missing

For: Student, Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

1. First make sure ordinary AI tutoring is ready for this learner. The work must still be open.
2. Personalised AI tutoring alone does not enable voice. Under AI voice, select Interactive AI voice for conversation or AI recording with transcription for recorded speech. Save AI voice settings. Leave Read aloud question unchecked to keep question reading on the device. Transcribe becomes available after Record and Stop recording.
3. Check external voice and live voice at the centre, then learner AI voice permission, external-speech eligibility and live permission. Teacher-granted access stops applying if the manager disables teacher grants.
4. Check shared/voice/child money, operation counts, live minutes and learning time. The next reply needs enough reservation headroom.
5. Use HTTPS, allow the correct microphone and wait for listening confirmation. If the network cannot establish live audio, try Quick Voice or another permitted browser/network and report the displayed error.
