Why is a student red on the live dashboard?

For: Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

1. Check whether the learner is thinking, reading offline, on an approved break or disconnected.
2. Open the session detail to see the last activity, current work and attempts. A background tab or network loss can affect signals.
3. Use teacher chat or speak to the child. Record a break or adjust their individual threshold when appropriate.
4. Use learning evidence and conversation alongside the colour. Do not grade or punish a learner solely from this signal.
