My recording became a website address or wrong words

For: Student, Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

1. Speak clearly near the microphone and check the sound meter. Starting and stopping immediately can produce silence/noise; very short or silent clips are rejected.
2. Replay the clip. If recognition produced unrelated words or a website, correct the draft or record again.
3. Uncertain/website-like Quick Voice transcripts require confirmation before sending. Formal answer drafts also need the learner’s confirmation.
4. A recognised website address does not mean the child visited it. Tell the teacher what happened rather than treating it as evidence of distraction.
