Review queue and grading corrections

Look for: Review queue

1. Teachers and managers open Review queue for authorised students. Filter by student, chapter, result or review status. Search question/activity text or an answer number such as '#123', then use Find answers.
2. Blue AI checked answers have optional teacher verification. Read the question, answer, working and AI marking criteria and explanation. Choose Approve AI assessment to confirm its outcome and feedback.
3. Amber answers require a teacher because marking is uncertain or unavailable, a drawing needs inspection, or the student appealed. Use Override assessment to choose the outcome, optional points, student feedback and staff reason. Required cases cannot be approved without a decision. Green identifies teacher verification.
4. Use Override assessment to correct an AI or earlier assessment too. Every decision retains its history and updates progress. The teacher’s decision takes precedence over a late AI reply.
5. Each answer shows its points and a reason, such as Unit missing or Waiting for a teacher. Correct earns all points. An incorrect or partly correct answer earns 0 unless you give points for the parts that are right; Science criteria do this automatically. Answers recorded before points were stored say so and keep their original result.
6. General help requests still use Save feedback & resolve. A request linked to a submitted answer links to that answer’s assessment controls. If the question is wrong, ask authorised curriculum staff to repair it.

Supported written maths uses GPT-4.1 mini with the pinned question and marking criteria, a 650-token reply cap and no chat history. The centre and student must permit AI text tutoring, have current eligibility and available shared/text allowances. Managers control centre permissions and budgets.

This increment covers known Class 9 maths families. Drawings, unsupported subjects/families, missing reference material and failed or conflicting AI results require teachers. Partly correct work is labelled incomplete with 0 points unless a teacher gives part of the points. Science written answers earn part marks from their criteria. Historical answers are not regraded.
