Provider credits, API key or price review problem

A centre limit is different from provider billing and operator configuration.

For: Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

  1. Open AI & spending to see whether a key is configured and whether the provider is paused. A configured key still needs provider credits and access to the chosen model.
  2. Ask the authorised server operator to update the app’s private provider credential when necessary. This build has no in-app API-key editor; do not paste keys into help, teacher chat or student prompts.
  3. After the operator fixes credits/key/configuration, the manager can use Resume after fixing credits or key. Check the current pricing review reference and expiry too.
  4. If cloud speech reports global configuration missing, the operator must check that app’s speech configuration. A Playground model choice does not configure the Rails app.
