Unable to see my student

Check the centre and teacher mapping first.

For: Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

  1. Use Switch centre and confirm the centre name at the top.
  2. Check Students & plans and any active search/filter. A class session lists only the learners selected for that session.
  3. Ask the Centre Manager to open Students & teachers and map you to the learner. Teaching subjects/classes alone do not create that mapping.
  4. Check whether the account is blocked/archived. View-all learning permission does not grant private contacts or sign-in assistance.
