Prepare English and Tamil audio

Look for: Prepare English & Tamil audio

1. Audio preparation is available with curriculum-management permission. It does not require Super Admin review-export access. Students and attendance-only accounts cannot prepare course audio.
2. With curriculum access, open Question bank → Prepare English & Tamil audio. Select the course/release and available preparation options.
3. Preparation makes paid speech-generation calls for missing supported scripts. It is different from free device read-aloud and from simply publishing existing content.
4. Native Hindi and Kannada questions can use installed device voices. Cloud preparation also needs a supported provider language; the default cloud allowlist remains English and Tamil. A course import does not generate recordings.
5. Question audio reads the prepared question script; explanation audio speaks the prepared explanation where selected and available. The batch does not invent a fresh lesson for each replay.
6. Inspect ready recordings and approve/publish them through the available content controls. Missing/long scripts, pending jobs or exhausted content budgets can skip or block preparation.
7. Recordings follow the chosen voice/rate and their source revision. Changed question text needs matching fresh audio; the app must not silently play an outdated script.
8. Budget this under the separate daily content/audio preparation and recheck allowance, not only the student voice limit.
