Validate and publish learning content

Look for: Publish learning content

1. Open Publish learning content. Confirm the centre, curriculum release and offered courses. Leave course boxes unchecked only when you intend all active courses in that release.
2. Preview publication. Validation checks data consistency, answers, clues, explanations, prerequisite links and source dependencies; it is not a guarantee of perfect teaching content.
3. Read the counts and correction report, then confirm. Valid captured revisions are published; invalid, revoked or changed items are not silently published.
4. If a draft changes after preview, prepare a new preview. Use publication history to see the result. Missing audio is prepared separately; publication itself makes no AI call.
5. Create sample work prepares a supported Class 9 starter, quiz, homework and other activities for the selected placed learner. It creates assignments, so choose the intended learner deliberately.
6. Preload inspiration loads prepared stories; it does not enable paid AI. For an empty release/student dropdown, check course setup and placement first.
