Arrive, check in and start your day
A teacher code can mark student arrival, with a friendly confirmation and no extra learning-time charge.
For: Student, Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin, Attendance & payroll staff
Look for: My attendance · Attendance
- Open My attendance or Attendance at the top. Students normally ask their teacher for a code and use it on the sign-in page. Attendance is recorded only when the code is successfully used, never just when issued.
- If the centre enables it, a welcome screen confirms arrival. Continue learning or sign out to study with books or the teacher. Signing out preserves attendance; whether it also records departure is a centre setting.
- Teachers, managers and attendance staff open My attendance and confirm their arrival is saved. Staff login can record arrival if enabled. Checkout is optional for entered/default hours and for Flexible mode; visit-based hours otherwise need a departure or a confirmed scheduled estimate.
- Repeated login does not duplicate a day's attendance. Automatic login does not reopen a completed visit. Staff can explicitly check in again for another visit; gaps are not counted as working time.
- Flexible end times allow attendance with unknown duration. Scheduled finish is an estimate. Controlled mode asks for checkout. Browser closure, centre switching and session expiry never invent an arrival or departure.
- A saved Absent or Excused entry is not overwritten by login. Ask an authorised person to correct the register. Students cannot bypass teacher-code/manual arrival rules using Check in.
Teacher codes provide authorised sign-in evidence, not biometric proof of physical presence. Teachers can mark children studying without computers from their own account.
The optional weekly attendance goal counts confirmed present days since Monday. It does not change academic scores, AI budgets or assignments.
