Look for: Course catalogue · Teaching programmes

1. Course catalogue lists exact course combinations. Filter by board/authority, programme, level/class, subject, medium and edition.
2. A Super Admin can add or edit the shared board, programme, level, subject, language and course definitions. A definition alone does not generate books or questions.
3. In Teaching programmes, add/select the centre’s courses and explanation languages. Set teaching year/status, review the impact and confirm the changes.
4. Choose an English-medium maths course if that is the textbook medium. Tamil or Kannada explanation support is a separate choice and needs available language material.
5. Archive or pause offerings using the available status controls when needed. Existing records are preserved, while inactive courses stop appearing for new teaching actions.
6. Then load/publish the course’s material and give learners a placement and plan in that course. Content in a different centre is not automatically copied.
