Empty dropdowns or missing books/questions

Missing results often mean a different centre, course, release or filter.

For: Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

  1. Confirm the current centre. Content loaded in a demo centre is not automatically present in another institute.
  2. Check active Teaching programmes and the board/class/subject/medium/edition filters. Clear an overly narrow filter.
  3. Check the curriculum release and draft/published/revoked status. Validate and publish the relevant source and content dependencies.
  4. Read missing-draft and publication reports. Generate missing drafts fills prepared gaps; it does not delete content, publish it, or manufacture every missing textbook question.
