Placement missing, or no content for the student’s class

Registration class and learning placement are different settings.

For: Teacher, Centre Manager, Super Admin

  1. Ask the manager to select the exact course in Teaching programmes. A Class 4 catalogue label alone does not provide a Class 4 question bank.
  2. Load and publish that course’s real material, then open Students & plans → learner → Courses and individual plans.
  3. Choose the course, save placement against the correct published release, and publish a teaching plan. Assign suitable work afterwards.
  4. If only Class 9 Maths content is available, do not claim another class/subject is ready. Use suitable published prerequisite practice deliberately and prepare missing courses.
